First-ever air connection: Geneva gets closer to the Big Apple
Delta Airlines inaugurates daily service between Geneva and New York, strengthening transatlantic links.

From now on, and throughout the summer period, a direct route to the USA will be available to travellers every day. US airline Delta has announced the introduction of a direct service between Geneva and New York. The service will be operated by a Boeing 767-400ER aircraft, with a capacity of 238 passengers. This event marks the airline's return to the skies over Geneva, after a hiatus of more than three decades.
Geneva's civil aviation sector is showing increasing interest in US destinations, consolidating its position as an important European hub for transatlantic connections.
