Frontier Airlines celebrates a major milestone: its 30 years old in operation since July 5, 1994. Since its inception, the airline has built a solid reputation as "Denver's local airline". In three decades, Frontier has completed more than 1.8 million flights and served nearly 200 million passengers, while today employing more than 7,000 people across its expanding network.

At a ceremony at Denver International Airport, airport CEO Phil Washington congratulated Frontier Airlines on its commitment to the city. In particular, he highlighted the company's investment in new maintenance infrastructure and a 14-door ground boarding facility, scheduled for completion later this year.
"On behalf of the entire DEN team, congratulations to Frontier Airlines on your 30th anniversary," said Phil Washington. "We thank Frontier for their continued partnership and commitment to providing connectivity to Denver travelers."

The company also stands out for its commitment to the environment. Frontier operates a fleet made up entirely of modern Airbus and fuel-efficient43 % more fuel-efficient than other airlines. Its weight reduction initiatives and aircraft featuring iconic threatened or endangered animals add to this commitment.
"Denver is the birthplace of Frontier, and we're proud to have grown and prospered with the local community over the past 30 years," said Barry Biffle, CEO of Frontier Airlines.

To mark the occasion, Frontier Airlines is offering a one-day flash sale with flights on 30 routes from Denver International Airport for under $30. Flights are available on selected dates and must be booked by July 5, 2024 at 9:59pm MDT.

Changes to the service offering
Recently, Frontier Airlines introduced major changes to its customer products and services, marking the beginning of a "New Frontier". New policies include no change or cancellation fees, a "For Less" price guarantee, longer flight credit terms, and much more.

Tickets must be purchased before 11:59 pm Eastern Time on July 5, 2024. Promotional fares are valid for non-stop travel Monday through Thursday and Saturday until November 13, 2024. Specific exceptions and blackout dates apply.
